2. Course Fee Refunds

Refund requests will only be considered under specific circumstances and in accordance with the following conditions:

a. Before Course Commencement

• If a student chooses to cancel their enrollment prior to the start of the course, they may be eligible for a partial refund, deducting any administrative charges.
• A written request for cancellation must be submitted at least 7 days before the course commencement date.

b. After Course Commencement

• No refunds will be provided once the course has commenced. This includes students who withdraw voluntarily, are dismissed for violation of institute policies, or fail to meet attendance requirements.

3. Course Cancellations by Aero1

• In the unlikely event that Aero1 cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be offered the option of a full refund or the opportunity to transfer to a different batch or course.

4. Refund Process

• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 15 working days of the written request.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare situations, such as medical emergencies or personal hardships, Aero1 may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation must be provided, and the decision will be at the sole discretion of the management.

• Registration fees
• Charges for course materials, uniforms, or kits
• Any fees related to exams, assessments, or certification

7. Refund Dispute
